Configuration Web Interface

We decided to build the system as a website, which can be displayed to the user on the mirror. The backend is based on the Django framework, which provides a lot of cool utilities like fast prototyping, easy user authentication and most importantly: takes security seriously. And of course is based on Python!

Users can first register themselves on the website and save their own personal configuration of the widgets to be displayed. If they are authenticated successfully by the mirror when they are in the front of it the next time, their saved configuration will be displayed on the mirror.
